Damaged or Defective Items
- Please email us at __ within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Include clear photos or a video showing the issue along with your order details. Once reviewed and approved, we will process a refund or arrange a replacement, depending on the situation.

- Items must be unused and in their original condition for claims to be considered.
